OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD - SHOEBOX APPEAL
Christmas is about giving...
Would you like to make a child happy this
Christmas? A child who may never have
known the thrill of opening a present.
Think of Christmas morning, of the happiness and
love in your home, and then spare a thought for
children in other parts of the world who are far
less fortunate than us.
Don't worry if you havent had time to pack a
shoebox, you can now wrap and fill a shoebox
online!

ALUMINIUM CANS
We are collecting aluminium cans - please bring
crushed, if possible, either to church or the
vicarage (preferably) where there is a box
outside for them.

BABY & TODDLER GROUP
Baby and Toddler group for under 5s
meets at St Mary's Church Hall, Greasley, every
Monday during term time 9:30 until 11:30
* Playing, singing, chatting and craft
activities.
* Opportunity to meet other parents in a
friendly, safe and relaxed environment.
£1 per child (50p for any extra
children)

Fish and Chip Quiz Night
What more could you ask for? The
chance to exercise the old grey matter and tuck
into a delicious fish and chip supper at the
same time!
Taking place in the church hall and entry is by
ticket only, priced £5 (inc supper). Tea and
coffee will be provided but you're welcome to
bring your own drink as well if it helps
lubricate the brain!

Saturday 23rd |
Scarborough Day Trip
The social committee has secured
a 53-seater coach for a day trip to Scarborough
on Saturday June 23rd. We're not taking any
names yet, but please keep the date free if
interested. Seats are likely to be £10 per
person and we will be setting off at 8am and
leaving for home at 5pm.
